Ingredients: 1 pack BAD CAFE Fresh Tortellini pasta
Sauce: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 piece red onion, minced 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon shrimp, chopped 2 tablespoons cooked laing 1/2 cup broth 1/2 cup cream 1 piece green chili (siling pansigang) salt, to taste Ground black pepper, to taste
In a pot over medium heat, bring salted water to a boil. Boil BAD CAFE Tortellini pasta for about 5 – 7 minutes, until Al dente. Drain.
In a pan over medium heat, saute onion in hot olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and continue cooking until lightly golden. Add shrimp and cook for another minute. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Add cooked laing, cream, and broth. mix to combine. Add green chili.
Bring sauce to a simmer and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
