3 cups milk
1 cup 60% dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup milk powder
1 tsp cornstarch
Whipped cream for topping
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp salt
1-2 pcs siling Labuyo


  1. Boil milk over medium-high heat. Lower heat then add the chocolate, whisking vigorously until completely melted.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk powder and cornstarch. Add to the chocolate. Whisk until dissolved and mixture is smooth and thick.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and siling labuyo.
  4. Top with whipped cream when serving.
