3 cups milk
1 cup 60% dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup milk powder
1 tsp cornstarch
Whipped cream for topping
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp salt
1-2 pcs siling Labuyo
- Boil milk over medium-high heat. Lower heat then add the chocolate, whisking vigorously until completely melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk powder and cornstarch. Add to the chocolate. Whisk until dissolved and mixture is smooth and thick.
- Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and siling labuyo.
- Top with whipped cream when serving.
