Shrimp Stir-Fry

DIFFICULTY: Easy

Makes 6 to 8 servings
Preparation and Cooking time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
½ cup red onion, quartered
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 cup green bell peppers, chopped
½ cup sitsaro
1 kilo shrimp, shelled
1 cup UFC BANANA CATSUP
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté ginger, onion, and garlic until softened and aromatic.
2. Add green bell peppers and sitsaro and continue sautéing for a few minutes.
3. Add shrimp, UFC BANANA CATSUP, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot!
