The cheeseburger delivers a sharp kick from the horseradish tempered by the earthiness of the mushroom setting off a bold explosion of savory flavors in one perfect bite. Enjoy it with the Horseradish Peppercorn Fries (215 Php), which is addictive on its own, made with crinkle-cut fries topped with horseradish peppercorn mayo, bacon, and scallions.
And what’s a Shack without the Shake? A modern take on a favorite Italian dessert, the Tiramisu Shake (255 Php) is a blend of cream cheese, coffee, and vanilla frozen custard topped with lady fingers and amoretti cookie crumbles and dusting of cocoa powder.
Wash them all down with a Blackberry Lychee Lemonade (S – 135 Php, L- 165 Php)-Shack-made lemonade blended with blackberry and lychee puree. If an alcoholic beverage is more your choice, grab your favorite ShackMeister Ale or glass of Red or White wine in any of the Manila Shacks.
