Makes 20 to 25 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 15 minutes
1⁄2 kg shrimp, peeled, de-veined, and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP (8g)
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup chopped garlic
1 cup bread crumbs
Sliced toasted French bread
1⁄4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
1. Marinate shrimp with lemon and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for 5 minutes.
2. Melt butter in a pan, stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink in color.
3. Add bread crumbs and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
4. Serve on top of French toast and garnish with parsley.
