 1 tbsp cooking oil
 4 Vigan longganisaminced
 2 garlic clovesminced
 ½ red onionminced
  cup olive oil
 ½ tsp red chili flakes
 1 tbsp dried basil
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp ground black pepper
  cup fresh parsleyfinely chopped
 2 cups heavy cream
 ¼ cup malunggay leaves
 ¼ tbsp butter
 ½ cup chicken broth
 ½ lemonjuiced
 250 g spinach fettucine (or any preffered pasta)cooked and drained

In a pan, fry minced vigan longganisa until its natural oils are released. Set aside a small portion for topping later.

Add garlic and onions and saute until fragrant.

Add virgin olive oil, red chili flakes, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Add fresh parsley.

Add cream, malunggay leaves, and butter. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Squeeze lemon over sauce and stir.
