Tortang Talong Patties

A vegetarian friendly comfort food!

 4 pcs eggplants
 ¼ kg ground pork
 2 tbsp white onionsminced
 3 pcs garlic clovesminced
 2 tbsp spring onionfinely chopped
 4 tbsp flour
 4 pcs eggs
 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ® (8g)
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 6 pcs sliced cheese
 6 pics large pan de sal

Roast eggplants over an open flame until charred. Allow to cool, peel off the charred skin, and coarsely chop.

In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped eggplants, onion, garlic, spring onion, flour, and eggs. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ®. Mix well.

In a heated pan, pour a spoonful of the tortang talong mixture and fry until golden brown. Flip patties over and place cheese on top, cooking until it melts.

Toast pan de sal and assemble with the tortang talong patties for a perfect and delicious pambaon!
