 1 dozen quail eggshard-boiled and peeled
 2 cups tocinominced
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 1 beaten egg
 1 cup breadcrumbs
 3 cups cooking oil
Sauce
  cup mayonnaise
 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
 saltto taste
 ground black pepperto taste

Scoop a spoonful of the minced tocino and carefully mold around the hard boiled quail egg until fully and evenly covered.

Dredge coated quail egg in flour, beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.

In a saucepan with hot oil, deep fry coated quail egg until crust is golden brown.
