Tablea Eggnog

A sweet chocolately drink to keep you warm this holiday season.

 4 large egg yolks
 ¾ cup sugar
 3 cups milk
 1 cup heavy cream
 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp nutmeg
 3 pcs chocolate tablea
 5 tsp rum

In a large bowl , whisk the egg yolks until they become lighter in color. Slowly add the sugar. Whisk until it becomes light and fluffy.

In a saucepan over medium heat. Combine the milk, heavy cream, nutmeg, vanilla extract and tablea. Whisk until Tablea is dissolved.

Carefully add the milk mixture in to the egg yolk mixture whisk until well combined.

Put it back into the saucepan and cook until thickened.

Let it chill for a while then add the rum and top with whipping cream and cinnamon powder
