 6 pcs pork chopsdeboned
 1 cup flourseasoned
 2 pcs eggsbeaten
 1 cup breadcrumbs
 oilfor frying
 2 tbsp butter
 ½ cup pineapple chunks/tidbits
  cup sugar
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
 ½ cup pineapple juice
 2 tbsp cornstarchdissolved in 1/2 cup water
 ½ pc red bell pepper
 1 cup red onionsliced
 ½ cup green beanscut into 1-inch pieces
 salt and ground black pepperto taste

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cut small slits along the edge of the pork chops to avoid curling during frying.

Coat pork chops in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Deep fry pork chops in oil for a few minutes, until golden brown.

In another pan, melt butter. Add pineapple chunks, sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup. Mix in pineapple juice and cornstarch mixture. Simmer while stirring until reduced.

Add bell pepper, onion, and green beans. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat before vegetables are fully cooked.

Spoon sauce over pork chops. Serve hot.
