A mouthwatering fusion of Fried Chicken Wings and Sinigang!


In a bowl, combine the chicken wings, patis, ground black pepper and sinigang mix. Marinate for at least 30 mins.

After marinating add the potato starch in the chicken. Coat evenly!

Fry for 7-10 mins until crispy. Drain excess oil and transfer to a bowl.

Pour the Sinigang glaze in the bowl then to to coat the chicken wings.

Serve with sweet chili sauce

In a pan, saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the sinigang mix then stir to dissolve.

Add the water and boil until the sauce thickens. Set aside until the chicken is ready
