Rice Cooker Pineapple Upside Down Cake

A delicious and refreshing Pineapple cake

 1 -1/2 cup yellow cake mix
 2 large eggs
 ½ sticks butter
  cup milk
 ½ cup brown sugar
 1 small can pineapple
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Combine pancake batter, milk, cinnamon powder and egg. Mix until smooth!

Add oil and butter in the rice cooker.

Add the sugar and stir until the sugar melts into the butter.

Layer the sliced pineapples in the rice cooker. make to cover the pineapples

Cook for 15 mins.

Turn off the heat and let the cake rest for 5-10 minutes. Place a plate upside down over the top of the rice cooker opening and quickly flip the cake onto it. The cake should come out easily, but if there is any pineapple-sugar mixture still in the rice cooker, scrape it out and gently press it into the cake.
