Pork Gising-Gising

 140 g ground pork
 5 -6 green chilies/ siling pangsigangsliced thinly
 1 bundle of sitawcut into thin discs
 1 tbsp garlicsmashed
 2 tbsp red onionsminced
 1 1-inch gingercut into discs
 2 tbsp prepared bagoongin bottle
 2 red chilies/siling labuyosliced thinly
 1 cup coconut cream
 1 cup coconut milk
 salt and pepperto taste

Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and ginger until aromatic. Add the 2 chilies and sauté for another minute before adding the ground pork.

Season

Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes before adding the bagoong, and coconut milk and simmer for about 5 -8 minutes.

Add coconut cream

Once coconut milk has reduced, add in the sitaw and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes before pouring in the coconut cream. Cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.

Serve

Serve with a steaming serving of white rice.
