Pork and Beans

 140 g ground pork
 1 (165g) small can white beansstrained
 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
 1 tbsp garlic smashed
 2 tbsp white onionschopped
 1 bay leaf
 1 pc chorizosliced into discs
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp white sugar
 salt and pepperto taste
Sauté

Heat pan on medium heat and saute chorizo slices to render fat. Then sauté onions, garlic and bay leaf. Add tomato paste and roast it for about 2-3 minutes before adding ground pork.

Season

Sauté for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper and smoked paprika powder.

Add beans

Add water and beans, season with salt and pepper and sugar. Add more paprika if needed/ to your liking.

Serve

Serve with toasted bread and butter on the side.
