Pizza Balls
 2 cups all-purpose flour
 3 tbsp sugar
 4 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp baking soda
 ½ tbsp salt
 1 ½ cups water
 2 tbsp oil
 ½ cup red bell pepper
 ½ cup green bell pepper
 1 cup pepperoni slices
 ½ cup grated quick melt cheese

 2 cups tomato sauce
 1 tbsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp dried basil
 1 tbsp grated garlic
Cheese Sauce
 1 cup milk
 2 bay leaves
 1 cup grated quick melt cheese
 1 tbsp yellow mustard
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

In a pot over medium heat, combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes until flavors come together. Set aside.

In another pot over medium heat, bring milk and bay leaf to a simmer. Add cheese and melt into a smooth sauce. Add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Adjust seasoning as necessary then set aside.

In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Add the water and oil and mix into a smooth and thick batter with no lumps.

Mix in the toppings

Add the bell peppers, pepperoni, and cheese then mix until everything is evenly distributed and well combined.

In a large pot/wok, heat oil on medium-high heat. Take spoonfuls of the pizza balls and gently drop them into the oil to fry until golden and puffed. Drain excess oil.
