Combine eggs, cream cheese, peanut butter and unsalted butter in a large bowl and mix well.

Add coconut flour, stevia, and baking powder. to the same bowl. Stir until smooth. Let the dough rest for about 5-10 minutes.

Shape into separate buns and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at a 350F or 185C pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or until the buns are a nice golden color.
