Talaba Siomai

A sumptuous siomai made with oysters and fatty ground pork.

 300 g fatty ground pork
 1 cup water chestnutschopped
 2 stalks green onionschopped
 1 red onionminced
 1 garlic bulbminced
 1 large carrotminced
 500 g shell off
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
 salt and pepperto season
 1 pack siomai wrapper

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper

Add about 1-2 tbps of the siomai filing to the siomai wrapper.

Form the siomai then topped with a whole oyster.

Steam the siomai for 15-20 minutes.

Transfer to a plate then serve with calamansi, chili oil and soy sauce
