An umami rich chicken dish made with oyster sauce!
In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and mix until well combined and the chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
In a pan over medium-high heat, pan-fry the chicken in hot cooking oil.
Add the sauce and allow to simmer until the chicken is browned and caramelized. Serve hot!
