3

Place the orange slice in the pot making sure that they don't stick together. Cook the oranges until they become translucent.

4

Carefully remove orange slices from the pan. Place them in a wire rack or in parchment paper. Let them stand at room temperature until completely dry. Set aside.

For the tart crust
5

In a bowl combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.

6

Press the crust mixture into a tart pan heavily greased with butter. Bake for 7-10 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Set aside.

Make dark chocolate filling
7

Heat whipping cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat, but do not let it boil.

8

Remove from the heat, add the chopped dark chocolate stir until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Assembly
9

Fill the tart shell with chocolate filling and allow it to cool but not completely firm, about 10-20 minutes.

10

Arrange the orange slices and strawberries on top of the chocolate filling. Chill tart until firm.
