 5 l water
 1 tbsp salt
 1 tbsp oil
 400 g El Real Rainbow Party Macaroni
Honey Butter Cashew Brittle
 ¼ cup butter
 ½ cup honey
 1 cup crushed cashews(Tip for crunchier brittle: replace honey with 1 1/2 tablespoons honey + 2 tablespoons sugar + pinch of salt)
Cheesecake
 2 cups cream cheesesoftened
 2 cups cream cheese
  cup icing sugar
 ¼ cup condensed milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Boil 5 liters of water in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and 1 tablespoon salt

Add the El Real Rainbow Macaroni. Stir occasionally.

Cook uncovered for 10 minutes of until tender but firm to the bite. Be careful not to overcook.

Drain and rinse in ice water. Set aside. Tip: For more vibrant colors, boil each colored pasta separately.

Honey Butter Cashew Brittle

Heat the butter in a pot over medium low heat. Add the honey and mix until bubbling.

Add the cashews and stir until combined.

Turn the heat off and pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking tray. Spread to flatten and allow to cool in the refrigerator.

Cheesecake Mix

Cream the butter in a bowl with an electric mixer. Add the all-purpose cream and continue to mix.

Add in the icing sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture almost doubles.

Assembly

In a serving dish, place a layer of the cheesecake mix on the bottom. Top with a layer of El Real Rainbow Party Macaroni then another layer of cheesecake mix. Add a second layer of the rest of the El Real Rainbow Party Macaroni and half of the honey butter cashews. Finish with the cheesecake mix on top then sprinkle the remaining honey butter cashews. Cool until set and serve.
