For Jenga French Toast
1

Prepare the Monde Nissin Milk Bread slices. Remove the crust on each side then slice each bread into 3 equal pieces lengthwise. Set aside.

2

In a bowl mix together the eggs, milk, white sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Set aside.

3

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

4

Roll the sticks in the egg mixture. Don't let them soak too much to avoid a soggy texture by shaking off any excess liquid. Place it onto the hot pan.

5

Cook the bread pieces until golden brown on each side. Do this to the rest of the bread pieces. When done remove from the pan and cool.

6

Stack the bread pieces like a Jenga tower before serving. Powder with confectioner's sugar and serve with fruits on the side, if preffered.

8

Using a rolling pin or a cylindrical glass, Roll the bread slices flat. Once flattened, put on top of each bread a piece of ham and cheese stick.

9

Roll the bread with ham and cheese inside.

10

Secure the stuffed rolled breads with three toothpicks–one the center and on both ends

11

Prepare the beaten eggs and panko breadcrumbs on separate plates.

12

Dip the stuffed rolled bread in the beaten eggs until well coated then dredge in panko breadcrumbs. Do this to all bread pieces.

13

In a medium heat pan, deep fry the bread rolls until golden brown. Let them cool and set aside.

14

Once cooled, remove the toothpicks and insert the uncooked spaghetti pasta on each hole end, according to the desired length.

15

To make them into Ham and Cheese Cars, use the bell peppers, cucumber slices, and sausage slices as wheels by attaching them to the end of the spaghetti. Serve with mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

16

Brush one side of a Monde Nissin Fluffy Bread with butter then sprinkle with sugar.

17

Layout the bread slices sugar-sprinkled side up on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 8-10 minutes or until the bread slices turn golden brown. Remove from the oven then let cool completely.

18

In a bowl mix together the ice cream and party sprinkles.

19

Cut the ice cream sandwich with the desired cookie cutter shape. Spread half a scoop of ice cream on the plain side of the bread and close with the remaining sugar side up.

20
