 4 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 pc large potatodiced
 1 pc large carrotdiced
 ½ kg pork shouldercut into pieces
 ¼ kg pork livercut into pieces
 2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
 6 pcs garlic clovesminced
 1 pc medium onionchopped
 1 cup tomato sauce
 2 ½ cups water
 1 pc bayleaf
 ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 piece red bell pepperdiced
 ½ cup fresh green peas
 3 pcs regular hotdogsliced
 4 tbsp cheesegrated
 ½ cup NESTLE ALL PURPOSE CREAM

Saute potato and carrot in 1 tablespoon oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Season pork shoulder and liver separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Saute pork and liver separately in the same pan. Remove and set aside.

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add pork, bay leaf, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Add sauteed liver, bell pepper, green peas, hotdog, potato, and carrot. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Grate half of the cheese on the sauce and stir in Nestle All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate, grate cheese on top, and serve.
