Crispy lumpia with an Embutido filling!


In a chopping board or plate place the lumpia wrapper. Add a strip of embutido and cheese then roll.

Seal the lumpia. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

Fry for 1-2 mins or until golder brown. Strain

Serve with the ketchup mayo.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
