A delicous and easy fried rice with longanisa and shrimp!


In a pan, cook the longanisa until the fat renders. Set aside the longanisa.

In the same pan cook the shrimps for 2 mins. Set aside

In the same pan, saute the garlic, red onions, carrots, and green peas.

Pour the egg and mix well. Cook the egg for 2 mins

Add the cooked rice, cooked longanisa and shrimp.

Drizzle the knorr seasoning, soy sauce and mix well until everything is incorporated.

Transfer to a bowl then garnish with tomatoes and cucumber.
