A sweet and tangy ice cream amde with honey and Kamias!

In a cold bowl, combine whipping cream, and condensed milk. Whisk using a hand mixture until well blended.

Add the kamias juice, vanilla extract and salt.

Transfer it into a container and chill for 2 hours or overnight

After chilling, scoop and put it in the ice cream cone or a cup

Garnish a slice of kamias (optional). And drizzle some honey on top

In a food processor or combine Kamias and water

Pulse until smooth. Separate the fiber and juice of Kamias by using cheese cloth a sifter.
