Puree mango flesh using a blender and strain.

In a pan over medium-low heat, combine mango puree and sugar and stir continuously. Strain and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, whip chilled NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM.

Add mango puree and whisk together until soft peaks. Transfer to container. Smooth the top and cover with parchment paper and seal the container.

Place in the freezer for 10 - 12 hours or overnight.

Slice monay.

Scoop mango soft serve onto monay.

Top soft serve with fresh mangoes.
