An easy and flavorful wonton recipe using your left over ham!
In a bowl, combine all ham-filling ingredients. Mix vigorously to incorporate all the ingredients. Set aside and let it rest for 5 mins
Get a wonton wrapper then place about 1 tbps of the ham filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold and connect the opposite edges of the wrapper to seal the filling inside the wonton wrapper. Repeat the process until all the filling has been used up,
Steam the wontons for 10-15 mins on steamer.
Serve with chili oil, soy sauce, ginger, black vinegar and onion leeks.
In a pan, combine the garlic and canola oil. Cook in low heat for 3 mins or until the garlic turn fragrant.
Add the siling labuyo and cook fo another 3 mins. Once the garlic start to turn golden turn off the heat then season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl then set aside until it’s time to serve
