Flourless Choco Avocado Brownies

In a bowl, mix together melted chocolate, pureed avocado, mashed bananas, and sugar until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with cream of tartar until pale, fluffy, and doubled in size.

Slowly add crushed table and salt while continuously whisking until everything is incorporated.

Whisk in chocolate avocado mixture until smooth. Whisk in vanilla extract.

Fold in chocolate chips until well distributed. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes. When done remove from the oven and let it cool before serving. Top with frosting or icing, if desired.
