Delicious crispy battered fish with salsa and tartar sauce

Salsa
 1 avocado diced
 1 ripe mangodiced
 1 small red onionsmall diced
 ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
 1 pc siling labuyoseeds removed and minced
 2 tbsp fresh calamansi juice
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp salt
Tartar Sauce
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 1 tsp mustard
 2 tbsp pickle relish
 1 tbsp capers
 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
 salt and pepper to taste
Fish and Chips
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 1 cup beer
 3 tsp baking powder
 10 strips Tanigue fillet4 inches by 2 inches each
 1 pc calamansijuiced
 1 pcs camotesliced into strips
 salt and pepperto taste
 oil for deep frying

Mix the ingredients and set aside.

Mix the ingredients and set aside.

Mix the flour, beer, and baking powder until combined. Set aside.

Season the tanigue strips with salt, pepper, and calamansi juice. Dip in the batter and deep fry until golden.

Fry the camote strips afterwards until they float to the surface and are golden. Season with salt and pepper after.

Serve the fish and chips with the salsa and tartar sauce.
