In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, and warm water and mix. If it's too dry, add more water.

Rest for 5 minutes.

Flatten the dough and put the mozzarella cheese in the center. And fold it. Rest it for 5 minutes.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the arepas con queso. Fry until golden brown.
