Make bananacue
2

Preheat a wok with oil on high heat. Fry the saba bananas and stir until slightly brown. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the bananas. Stir from time to time, making sure the melted sugar coats the bananas. Remove the bananas from the oil and set them aside to cool. Slice the banana cue afterward.

Fry bacon
3

In a non-stick pan fry the bacon over medium-high heat. When all the bacon pieces are cooked remove them from heat and set them aside.

4

Preheat a cast iron pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 2-3 minutes, flip then another two minutes on the other side.

5

Top each beef patty with a slice of cheese. Let the cheese melt over the beef patty. When patties are done remove from heat and let them rest for about five minutes to allow the juices to settle and not seep out of the meat.

6

Toast the bread buns until warm. When the buns are toasted assemble the burger accordingly: bottom half bun, peanut butter, 2 slices of bacon, bananacue beef patty topped with melted cheese. Finish with the top bun. Serve immediately.
