In a pan over medium heat, mix together NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM, condensed milk, and mashed bananas until well combined and hot.

Sift in cornstarch and stir until slightly thickened. Stir in banana essence and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Line deep baking/glass dish with graham crackers. Top with cream mixture. Cover with banana slices.

Repeat procedure to form 2 to 3 layers. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or until set.
