Crispy Beer-battered Mushroom Chips

 2 cups rice flour

 1 ¾ cups beercold
 2 cups oyster mushrooms
 cooking oilfor frying
Mayo Pinakurat Dip
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp sukang pinakuratwith bits
 salt and pepperto taste
 sugarto taste
Aioli Dip
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp crushed toasted garlic
 ½ tbsp garlicminced
 salt and pepperto taste
Honey Mustard Dip
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp honey

In a bowl, mix together rice flour, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined and evenly distributed.

Add beer and mix until a smooth light batter.

Dip mushrooms to evenly coat.

Heat up oil in a large pan and deep fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.

In separate bowls, combine dip ingredients for Aioli, Mayo Pinakurat and Honey Mustard. Mix well then serve with the fried mushrooms.
