Creamy Chorizo And Longganisa Carbonara

 ½ cup longganisacrumbled
 ½ cup chorizo de bilbaochopped
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp garlicminced
 1 pc medium oniondiced
 ½ cup red and green bell pepperdiced
 3 cups NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
 ½ cup cheesegrated
 2 cups water from boiling pasta
 1 kg spaghetti noodlescooked
 salt and pepperto taste

In a pan over medium heat, fry longganisa and chorizo de Bilbao until oil is rendered and meats are slightly browned.

Add butter, garlic, onion and bell pepper then sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and cheese. Stir to combine. Mix in water.

Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated. Serve.
