Spicy and appetizing noodles with squid.

Chili Garlic Oil
 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
 ¼ tbsp ground black pepper
 1 tsp coriander powder
 1 tsp cumin
 2 tbsp red chili flakes
 1 garlic bulbpeeled and minced
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 ½ tbsp chicken powder
 1 tsp white sugar
 1 cup canola oil
Pusit and Noodles
 300 g Squidcleaned and sliced
 2 -3 garlic clovesminced
 cooking oil
 salt and pepper to season
 1 small onion
Noodles
 2 packs taiwanese style flat noodles
 1 ½ tbsp chili garlic oil
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tbsp crushed red chili flakes
 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
 4 tbsp canola oil
 ½ tsp black pepper
 1 tsp corainder powder
 5 garlic clovesminced
 sliced cucumbergarnish
 cilantrogarnish
 green oniongarnish
 eggs garnish

Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl

Heat oil on medium heat, and drizzle the hot oil over all the ingredients. Mix and let the chili oil cool

In a low-medium heat, stir fry the squid with oil and minced garlic and optional onions, season with salt and pepper, then cook until it gets a nice color

In a bowl, add Soy sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Chilli Garlic Oil, Crushed Red Chilli Flakes, Sesame Seeds, and the top layer, minced garlic.

Heat canola oil and add in black pepper+coriander powder

Pour hot oil in the bowl and make sure to strain the oil so the peppercorn doesn’t go in. Let the oil sizzle and mix.

Add in drained noodles and mix them, toss in the squid and let it finish cooking with the residual heat from the sauce.

Serve with fresh cucumber, green onion, fried egg, and cilantro.
