Ingredients: 4 tbsp cooking oil; 3 tbsp garlic; ½ cup white onion; ¼ cup tomato paste; ¼ kg ground beef; 2 cups pork and beans; 1 cup tomato sauce; 1 tbsp cumin; 2 tsp ground black pepper; 1 cup cheese; 8 pcs hot dog buns; 8 pcs lettuce leaves; 8 pcs hot dogs

In a pot over medium heat, saute the garlic and onions in oil until soft and fragrant. Add tomato paste and cook until slightly toasted.

Add beef and cook until browned. Add pork and beans, tomato sauce, cumin, and pepper. Stir until well combined and allow to cook until almost dry. Add cheese and stir until well combined.

Line hot dog buns with lettuce leaves. Add hot dogs, chilli con carne sauce, and top with more hot, gooey, cheese as you please!
