Chicken Liver & Tofu Sisig

Marinate

Take your chicken innards and marinate it in soy sauce and calamansi.

Sauté

In a pan heat oil and melt butter on medium heat. Sauté garlic and half of the chopped red onions, green and red chilies.

Cook chicken innards

Pour in the marinated chicken innards and saute until cooked. This will only take about 5 minutes.

Mix in remaining ingredients and assemble

Crack in the egg and saute until egg is cooked. Take out from the heat, mix in the deep fried tofu, mayonnaise and garnish with spring onions (and more chilies to taste).
