Basic Chia Pudding
 1 cup chia seeds
 3 cups milk
 ½ cup honey
Apple Pie Chia Pudding
 1 applechopped
 2 tsp water
 2 tsp honey
 1 tsp cinnamon
 granola
 raisins
Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
 1 mangoflesh crushed
 1 cup chia pudding
 granola
 dried mangoeschopped
 desiccated coconut
Banana Peanut Butter
 1 bananasliced
 granola
 1 cup chia pudding
 2 tbsp peanut butter
 bananas
 a pinch of cinnamon
Basic Chia Pudding

Mix together chia seeds, milk and honey. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until mixture is thick and seeds are plump. Use in the three variations.

Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Mix together chopped apples, water, honey and cinnamon. Microwave for 2 minutes, until apples are soft.

Assemble: Granola – chia pudding – raisins – cooked apples – repeat

Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

Mix together 1 cup of chia pudding with the flesh of one mango. Set aside.
