Filling
 2 cups bopis
 1 cup cheesecubed
Breading
 4 pcs eggs
 flouras needed
 panko breadcrumbsas needed
Cook potatoes

Boil potatoes. Drain once the potato is cooked.

Mash potatoes

In a bowl, mash the potatoes with butter and eggs. Mix in flour and season with salt and pepper. Take a small portion and flatten.

Form balls

Take a bit of bopis and a cube of cheese and place in the middle of the flattened potato mixture. Form into a ball.

Dredge balls

Roll potato balls in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry

Fry for a few minutes, until golden. Turn constantly. Strain then serve
