Pour beers into separate shallow dishes or microwavable containers and freeze, scraping them with a fork every 45 minutes for 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.

Ginger Juice

Heat the water in a small pot over low heat. Add ginger, calamansi, and honey and mix until combined.

Mango Juice

Heat water in a small pot over low heat. Add the mango, mash, and simmer until combined. You may strain the pulp if you prefer to remove them.

Tamarind Juice

Heat the water in a small pot over low heat. Add tamarind, sugar, and honey and mix until combined and syrupy.

Assembly

Prepare snow cones or cups for each beer. Drizzle ginger juice onto the pale pilsen, mango juice onto the blonde beer, and tamarind juice onto the dark lager. Enjoy cold!
