 280 g ground pork
 1 cup Tomato sauce
 1 tbsp garlicminced
 ½ cup white onionschopped

 ¼ cup potatoesdiced and peeled
 ¼ cup carrotsdiced and peeled

In the same pan on medium heat, sauté garlic and onions and then add bay leaf. Add tomato paste and cook for about 3 minutes before adding the ground pork.

Season pork with salt and pepper and paprika powder. Add in the potatoes and carrots then the tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add a bit of water to help cook the vegetables.

Add remaining ingredients

Once vegetables are slightly cooked add in the raisins and peas and bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
