Arroz a la Cubana Lumpia

Another appetizing lumpia recipe to enjoy!

 5 tbsp cooking oil
 5 pcs saba bananassliced
 4 pcs eggs
 ¼ cup garlicminced
 ½ cup white onionminced
 ½ cup red bell pepper
 1 cup potatoesdiced
 ½ cup carrotsdiced
 ½ cup peas
 ½ kg ground beef
 ½ kg ground pork
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 1 tbsp pepper
 1 pack lumpia wrappers

In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the banana slices. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, fry the eggs. Remove from pan.

Sauté garlic, onions, red bell pepper, potatoes, carrots and peas in pan for a few minutes.

Increase heat to high and add ground beef and pork and continue cooking. Add soy sauce and pepper. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, until almost dry.

Place meat and banana slices on a lumpia wrapper. Roll and seal, repeat with other wrappers.

Fry until golden. Serve with egg and rice and enjoy!
