TURON WRAPPER
Ube Filling
 1 cup ube jam
 ¼ cup coconut cream
 ¼ cup condensed milk
Peach Mango Filling
 ½ cup mangodiced
 ½ cup peachdiced
 1 ½ tbsp sugar
 saltto taste
 ½ tbsp tapioca starchmixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons water
  cup syrup from peaches
Choco Mallow Filling
 ½ cup chocolatechopped
 1 tbsp buttercubed
 ¼ cup cream
 ½ cup marshmallow
 oilfor frying
 toasted sesame seeds for garnish

In a pot over medium heat combine ingredients.

Mix until well combined and a thick paste forms. Set aside.

Peach Mango Filling

Combine everything in a pot over medium heat and cook until the fruit is soft and the mixture is thick. Set aside.

Choco Mallow Filling

Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Add cream and mix until well combined. Mix in marshmallows and chill mixture until set.

Assembly

Place a few spoonful of filling onto a turon wrapper then wrap and seal. Repeat for all fillings.

Fry pieces for 5 to 10 minutes in oil. Serve with sesame seeds.
