 ¾ cup brown sugar
 1 ½ cups water

In a pan over medium heat, place peanuts in water and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and boil until the liquid reduces by half and syrupy. Cool.

In a serving dish, place a scoop of the peanut mixture in the bottom, top with a layer of ice, and top with a few more peanuts. Repeat for another layer. Pour evaporated milk.

In a pan over medium heat, place kamote pieces in water and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and boil until the liquid reduces by half and syrupy. Cool.

In a serving dish, place a scoop of the kamote mixture in the bottom, top with a layer of ice, and top with a few more kamote slices. Repeat for another layer. Pour evaporated milk.
