3-way Cream Sandwich

Easy to make dessert sandwich!

 2 cups whipping creamchilled
 3 tbsp powdered sugar
 1 pc ripe mangosliced
 1 pc ripe bananasliced
 5 tbsp dried langkachopped
 ½ cup cheddar cheesecubed
 2 tsp ube flavoring
 6 pcs loaf bread or milk bread

Place a bowl on top of a smaller bowl with ice then combine the whipping cream with the powdered sugar. Whisk on low speed. Once stiff peaks form, divide the mixture into three. Set two batches aside.

Mango Cream Sandwich

Spread the whipping cream on both side of the bread, place the sliced mango diagonally. Put another whipping cream to cover the gaps then put the other slice on top. Cover the sandwich tightly with cling wrap.Chill for 30 mins-1 hour.

Banana Langka Cream Sandwich

Spread the whipping cream on both side of the bread, place the banana and langka diagonally. Put another layer of whipping cream to cover the gaps then put the other slice on top. Cover the sandwich tightly with cling wrap. Chill for 30 mins-1 hour.

Ube Cheese Cream Sandwich

Add the ube flavoring in the whipping cream, mix until well combined. Spread the ube whipping cream on both side of the bread, put the cubed cheese on top and add remaining ube whipping cream to cover the gaps then put the other slice on top. Cover the sandwich tightly with cling wrap. Then chill for 30 mins-1 hour.

Slice the sandwiches diagonally and remove the cling wrap. Serve chilled.

(optional: if you dont like the crust you can cut it before assembling the sandwich)
