Oyster Sauce Coating
 6 pcs Chicken Leg
 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP (8 grams)
 ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 1 cup vegetable oil
 1 tsp gingerminced
 2 pcs garlic clovesminced
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 sachet MAGGI Oyster Sauce
 ¼ cup water
 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
Sweet Chili Sauce Coating
 6 pcs Chicken legs
 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP (8 grams)
 ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 1 cup vegetable oil
 2 cloves garlicminced
 ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
 ¼ cup water
Oyster Sauce Coating

Season chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Coat well with flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.

Remove oil from pan leaving 2 tablespoons. Saute garlic, ginger, and sugar. Pour MAGGI Oyster Sauce and water. Simmer until thick.

Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion, and serve immediately.

Sweet Chili Sauce Coating

Season chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Coat well with flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
