 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
 ¼ tsp ground black pepper

All Meat Filling
 ½ tsp unsalted buttermelted
 3 pcs baconcooked and crushed
 2 pcs hamcooked and diced
 3 pcs garlic longganisacooked and crumbled
Vegetarian Filling
 ¼ tsp unsalted buttermelted
 ½ pc small red bell pepperdiced
 1 stalk leeksliced
 ¼ small pc carrotgrated
Cheesy Pimiento Filling
 ¼ tsp unsalted buttermelted
 1 tbsp cheese pimiento spread
 ½ tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
 ½ medium piece bell pepperdiced
Corned Beef Hash Filling
 ½ tbsp unsalted buttermelted
 ¼ cup corned beefcooked with potatoes and onions

In a microwaveable container, combine the frittata base ingredients.

Choose your filling! Mix in the ingredients under the variant you chose, either all meat, vegetarian, cheesy pimiento, or corned beef hash.
