Potato Cracker Overload


Makes 6 to 8 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes


1 piece red onion, chopped finely
5 pieces tomatoes, diced into small cubes
1 piece mango, chopped finely
1/3 cup mango juice
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 cups ground beef
1 piece red onion, large, chopped finely
2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon cumin powder
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cup water
Salt, to taste

Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons + ½ teaspoon flour
½ cup water
¼ cup + 1 teaspoon full cream milk powder
Salt, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
2½ teaspoon cheese powder

1 pack Regent Potato Crackers, Seaweed Flavor
Grated cheese, to taste
Cubed cream cheese, to taste


1. Mix onions, tomatoes, and mango with mango juice.
2. Set aside and stay overnight. Put some salt and pepper before serving.

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, place a little amount of oil. Saute onion and garlic.
2. Put ground beef and continue cooking until beef turns brown.
3. Mix in tomato sauce and water, cover and wait until it boils. Continue to simmer until the mixture is dry.
4. Add cumin powder and salt.

Cheese Sauce:
1. Mix water and full cream milk powder in a pot and place over low fire until completely dissolved. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan under low fire, melt butter and put flour while mixing until properly combined.
3. Put all dry ingredients and milk mixture and continue mixing until thickened.

1. In a serving dish, place a layer of Regent Potato Crackers Seaweed Flavor. Add beef, salsa, cheese sauce, grated cheese, and cream cheese. Repeat layers until finished. Serve immediately.
