Makes: 2 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 25 minutes

140 grams of ground pork
5 – 6 pcs of green chilies/ siling pang sigang, sliced thinly
1 bundle of sitaw, cut into thin discs
1 tbsp garlic, smashed
2 tbsp red onions
1 thumb ginger, cut into discs
2 tbsp prepared bagoong (in bottle)
2 pcs red chilies/ siling labuyo, sliced thinly
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup coconut milk
salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and ginger until aromatic. Add the 2 chilies and sauté for another minute before adding the ground pork.
2. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes before adding the bagoong, and coconut milk and simmer for about 5 -8 minutes.
3. Once coconut milk has reduced, add in the sitaw and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes before pouring in the coconut cream. Cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
4. Serve with a steaming serving of white rice.
