Preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes
140 grams of ground pork
1 small can (165 grams) white beans, strained
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp garlic, smashed
2 tbsp white onions, chopped
1 pc bay leaf
1 pc chorizo, sliced into discs
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat pan on medium heat and saute chorizo slices to render fat. Then sauté onions, garlic and bay leaf. Add tomato paste and roast it for about 2-3 minutes before adding ground pork.
2. Sauté for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper and smoked paprika powder.
3. Add water and beans, season with salt and pepper and sugar. Add more paprika if needed/ to your liking.
4. Serve with toasted bread and butter on the side.
